Book Reviews: Two Books by Megan Clawson

by Krista

Well, for starters, this author has lived in The Tower of London! I did not realize that when I picked these books up last year. With a beefeater father and a royal guard boyfriend, Clawson’s own unique life inspired these novels. Do not let the cutesy covers and snappy titles fool you. These books are more slow and savory journeys of self-discovery, and less hot and heavy romance stories. Both books are filled with both raw emotion and minutiae that work together to craft memorable stories with heart. I am very much looking forward to Clawson’s upcoming book!

Falling Hard for the Royal Guard

From her bedroom in the Tower of London, twenty-six-year-old Maggie has always dreamed of her own fairy-tale ending. Then a chance encounter with Royal Guard Freddie forces Maggie to admit that she isn’t ready to give up on love just yet…
