Book Series Review: Full Tilt by Emma Scott

♡ Thank you for the free books, Bloom Books.

Published nearly a decade ago, this duet remains a heart-wrenching romance with remarkable staying power. While there is a heaviness at its core, the beauty, healing, and hope woven throughout bring a welcome softness. I had a sense of where the story was going, but that did not take away from the emotional impact. I keep thinking about this one and even found room for it on my bookshelf. The new editions with sprayed edges are so pretty!

Full Tilt

Kacey Dawson is the lead guitarist of a rising rock band, caught between her passion for music and a destructive lifestyle. After a disastrous concert in Las Vegas, she wakes up with no memory of the night before on the couch of her limo driver, Jonah Fletcher. Jonah, a glass artist with only months to live, has plans for his final days that don’t include falling for a troubled musician. Despite their differences, Jonah offers Kacey a place to regroup, and an unexpected connection forms between them. As their bond deepens, it transforms into a powerful love—one that is beautiful, intense, and destined to end. This is a story of love, loss, and embracing life in all its heartbreak and wonder.
