This very well may be my favorite Regency romance series since Bridgerton. The characters were memorable and the plots were entertaining. There were plenty of tender moments, laughs, and even some spice. If I had to choose, I would say that book one is my favorite because I loved Minerva and Hugh the most.
Never Fall for Your Fiancé
The last thing Hugh Standish, Earl of Fareham, ever wants is a wife. However, his mother is determined to find him one. So, Hugh invents a fake fiancée to keep his mother’s matchmaking ways at bay. Minerva Merriwell has had to struggle to support herself and her two younger sisters ever since their father abandoned them. So, she accepts Hugh’s offer to pose as his fiancée. Eventually, Hugh and Minerva’s fake engagement starts to turn into a real romance. But can they trust each other, when their relationship started with a lie?

Never Rescue a Rogue
Diana Merriwell and Giles Sinclair only tolerate one another for the sake of their nearest and dearest. Everyone believes that the two of them are meant to be together, but Diana and Giles disagree. Diana loves the freedom of working at the newspaper too much to give it up for marriage, and Giles is happily married to his bachelor lifestyle. But they do have one thing in common―the secrets they can’t risk escaping. Ultimately, their attraction is too much to ignore and the future of the Sinclair estate isn’t the only thing on the line.

Never Wager with a Wallflower
Miss Venus Merriwell has been waiting for her prince to come since the tender age of fourteen. She wants a man who is selfless, academic like her, and free from all the wretched vices her gambler father enjoyed before he left the Merriwell sisters destitute. For Galahad Sinclair, gambling isn’t just his life, it’s in his blood. Once he and Venus meet, they lock horns over practically everything. Can either of them take the ultimate gamble—and learn to love thy neighbor?
